Play It Again Sports - Brentwood

This place is the worst. The most disorganized, cluttered, dirty mess of stuff and it hasn’t changed in 20 years. The staff is a bunch of teenagers who goof off and don’t give customers the time of day. Don’t waste your time or money.

The prices were good and the staff helpful

Very chaotic, disc golf in particular feels crowded and unorganized, not a horrible selection but also not the best. A little crowded because of golf clubs. There are however a lot of options for all kinds of sports gear!

We were able to find new items of the same offered here at less than half the price of the beat up used ones offered here. There will always be the Brentwood/Franklin mark up but my advice is shop around.

Decided to give this place another shot after they offered over $150 less than what they said my clubs appraised for. I ended up selling them for appraised value on Facebook marketplace. I went back and thought I’d buy a used 3 wood. What an absolute joke this place is. They’re selling used Calloway Big Bertha woods with obvious scuff marks, chips, scratches, you name it for $120+. I saw other 3woods for 180 to $280. Absolute utter joke. I ended up just going to Golf Galaxy and buying an entire men’s set and a 3wood just because I knew I wouldn’t get ripped off. This place is disgusting. I’m sure they’ll end up responding with their generic google review response about their business model, etc but obviously their business model isn’t working and is failing. Look at how many used clubs they have just sitting here. Maybe if you gave people what their clubs are worth and sold used clubs for what they’re worth, you wouldn’t have so many piled up and customers would be inclined towards shopping here.
